It seems apparent to many of the female cast members of Bravo's Shahs of Sunset, that Mercedes "MJ" Javid is nothing more than an insecure hater. According to the latest gossip news updates, Asa Soltan Rahmati Asifa Mirza and Lilly Ghalichi are all fed up with the reality TV mean girl's inappropriate bullying. Of course, Asa is also weighing in and the India vacation scandal involving Mike Shouhed and Golnesa "GG" Gharachedaghi. Asa claims that the newly married Shouhed is as big a liar as MJ is a hater -- insisting that you can tell Mike is guilty of trying something he shouldn't have with GG in India by the way he has dealt with the accusations.
To hear Asa Rahmati tell it, The Shahs of Sunset is going to have a hard time keeping good looking girls on the series if the producers don't do something soon about the way Mercedes "MJ" Javid treats every super-hot lady the producers add to the show.
In her Bravo blog, Asa put MJ on blast for acting like every woman that is more attractive than she is needs to be brought down a peg or two (via Reality Tea):
"I reached my boiling point with MJ being so rude and mean to pretty girls that come into our group.
"I'm a real girl's girl and I'm not down with women tearing other women down because of their own insecurities."
Oddly, Rahamti seems equally upset the MJ doesn't also treat the men of the series in the same abusive manner that Asa is, in fact, currently protesting:
"Well, actually, only her girlfriends see this side of MJ.
"MJ is very different towards her guy friends than she is with her girlfriends."
Although it's true that misery love company, Asa's reasons for insisting that what's good for the goose is just as good for the gander could have more to do with her general dislike of some of her male co-stars than anything else.
While some of her peers are only giving vague noncommittal responses to questions about Mike Shouhed's alleged sexual inappropriateness with GG during Season 3's vacation in India, Asa has no problem telling the world that she thinks Mike is definitely guilty of doing something he knows he shouldn't have that night (via Inquisitr):
"I think Mike has been hiding, and his actions show an admission of guilt, but part of me doesn't want this to be true, because I want to think Mike is completely loyal to Jessica."
For his part, Mike has maintained the same story since the beginning -- that he never would or could try sexually inappropriate with someone he knows and respects as well as GG.
During a recent interview with Fashion and Style, Mike explained that he actually feels like he's the one being abused at this point:
"I was hurt and confused -- why would one of my closest friends make up something like that?
"G.G. has been like a sister to me, I would never think of hurting her the way she was trying to hurt me."
Sounds like the whole cast of Shahs of Sunset may be just a little too sensitive for take-no-prisoners world of reality television...and that goes double for Asa.
