‘Shahs of Sunset’ Reza Farahan Cast Happy Asifa Replaced Lilly Ghalichi; GG Admits to Plastic Surgery Addiction after New Breast Implants [GOSSIP NEWS]

Engaged Reza Farahan didn't get to be the Shahs of Sunset cast favorite by holding back his opinions about his reality TV show co-stars. According to the latest gossip news updates, Adam Neely's fiancé insists that everyone is happy that Asifa Mirza replaced Lilly Ghalichi in Season 4. The Beverly Hills real estate agent says that Lilly didn't really even have any friends on the show outside of Golnesa "GG" Gharachedaghi. According to the latest gossip news updates, GG is finally admitting that she is addicted to plastic surgery after tirlessly showing off her new breast implants in the tabloids for the past few weeks.

No wonder Lilly Ghalichi has been telling everyone she would never consider returning to The Shas of Sunset -- she's not really wanted there.

During a recent chat with OK! Magazine, Reza Farahan explained that everyone pretty much considered themselves much better off now that they no longer have to interact with Ghalichi on a semi-daily basis (via Inquisitr):

"Bye Felicia. Ain't nobody misses Lilly. I'm gonna keep it real. No one misses her.

"She [GG] has a friendship with Lilly still but if you took [the group as] a whole, no one's missing Lilly."

According to Farahan the viewers are much better off with Asifa Mirza in Lilly's place as well, sense she brings a level of authenticity to the show that Ghalichi sorely lacks:

"Asifa is definitely a lot more engaging. She's real.

"She seems like she's open and a little bit more honest with what's going on in her life."

There are actually three new member on this season of Shahs if you count GG's new D-cup breast implants that she got to make up for their arthritis induced sag.

In the March 30, issue of Life & Style Magazine, GG claims that although she can't stop herself from getting procedure after procedure, she thinks everyone should hop aboard the plastic surgery bandwagon:

"I guess you could call me addicted. But I just love, love, love it.

"I recommend plastic surgery for everybody!"

At just 33-years-old GG explains that she first got bit by the plastic surgery bug way back in 2001 and has been hooked ever since:

"I got my nose done when I was 19.

"Then I had lipo and put the fat into my butt where I had little concave areas.

"I went from a 34 B to a 34D...my doctor told me to go bigger. But I'm not into super-huge boobs.

"I don't think they are high-fashion!"

Right...because you wouldn't want people to start to think you had a problem.
