Although Wendy Williams was never personally sexually assaulted by Bill Cosby herself, the BET late night talk show host seems to have a real problem with the way comedienne Chelsea Handler recounted her close call with the TV show dad/supposed serial rapist. According to the latest gossip news updates, the wig wearing former radio DJ also thinks Dolce & Gabbanna need to turn down the intensity on their new fashion campaign -- complaining that one ad looked like a "gang bang" was about to take place.
According to Chelsea Handler she could have just as easily fallen victim to one of Bill Cosby reported roofied cocktails a decade or so ago had she not been smart enough to invite a few friends to his middleof the day impromptu soiree.
In the latest issue of Esquire, the former E! network celeb claims that if not for her intuition she too may have been violated by The Cos (via NY Daily News)
"At like three o'clock in the afternoon, someone from the hotel came down and said, 'Oh, you know, Mr. Cosby would really like to meet you up in his hotel suite.'
"So the three guys I was with -- I brought them up with me to his room and thank God I did, because now I know what would've happened if I went up there alone.
"He tried to Cosby me."
While that might seem terribly frightening to some, Wendy Williams claimed that she found the whole telling shockingly irreverent in her latest April 6, contribution to Life & Style:
"Chelsea recently opened up -- claiming that in an offhand way 10 years ago, Bill Cosby "tried to Cosby" her.
"Excuse me Miss Handler?
"I don't believe this happened, but I also would hope she'd never be so sarcastic about such a serious matter.
"If it happened 10 years ago, why is she just saying something now?"
Not only is Williams seemingly mad at Chelsea Handler for not actually getting raped by Cosby, she is equally disgusted with Dolce & Gabbana's decision to sex up their latest ad campaign.
Wendy insists that the latest spreads look like their trying to sell hardcore pornography instead of designer clothes:
"People are attacking Dolce & Gabanna for going too far in their ads -- and no wonder!
"As a woman, I am 100 percent offended.
"This picture does resemble gang bang -- and that is not a message we should be sending to girls!
"So disgusting."
