Actress and singer Ann Hampton Callaway is set to return to Pheasantry Jazz Club with "SIRENS OF SWING."
Artists like Queen, Lou Reed, Thin Lizzy, and Bonnie Langford graced the stage at The Pheasantry where Eric Clapton also found a home. Now, the live music venue located in Chelsea, London, continues to be an award-winning space where they nurture up-and-coming talents and feature a diverse range of artists through its regular shows.
During Callaway's upcoming show, she will charm the audience with songs from albums "To Ella with Love," "From Sassy to Divine: The Sarah Vaughan Project," and "Fever: A Peggy Lee Celebration!"
The first half of the evening is reportedly honoring iconic pioneers, and the second half shines a light on today's modern trailblazers.
Callaway shines as a key figure in the great American Songbook, celebrated for her incredible talent in pop and jazz. As a singer, pianist, and songwriter, the Chicago native highlights her versatility as an artist.
Her impact on the entertainment world is undeniable, with a Tony-nominated performance in the Broadway show "Swing!" and her memorable composition and performance of the theme song for the beloved TV series "The Nanny."
