Time for another update in the life of Real Housewives of New Jersey star Teresa Giudice, who was arrested and imprisoned earlier in the year. According to a new report, Teresa will be writing a new prison tell-all, as soon as she is released from the pen. This latest report comes after claims that she and husband Joe Giudice are receiving special treatment because they are famous.
Although things looked incredible bleak for Teresa Giudice for quite some time, it appears that things are getting better for the legally embattled reality star.
At first, it seemed like Teresa might lose her children, after being sentenced for countless acts of fraud. Luckily for Giudice, the courts allowed her and husband Joe Giudice to serve their stints separately, so one parent could care for their children.
But, former inmate Beatrice Codianni tells Radar Online that Teresa and Joe received special treatment for being famous:
"This type of arrangement is practically unheard of...Most of the time when there are people like Teresa and Joe, a married couple both convicted of committing a federal crime, they would have to go in at the same time...This is a special and extremely unusual arrangement and was given to them not because of their kids, but more because they are famous."
Yikes!
And, that's not Teresa's only good news. According to Mail Online, Teresa plans on writing a tell-all book when she gets out of prison.
According to the popular news website, Teresa could make over $1 million for the book:
"Now comes word that the 42-year-old reality star is planning to pen a memoir detailing her experience behind bars, a feat that could net her a tidy sum...Teresa's prison narrative, which would describe her day-to-day life as an inmate, could replenish her bank account to as much as $1 million."
