Anyone familiar with the cast dynamic on Bravo's Real Housewives of Atlanta in Season 7 probably could have guessed that an all-out blowout like the one at dinner in Puerto Rico was a long time coming. According to Porsha Williams the ladies pretty much spend the rest of 2015 trying to put things back together, but it looks like that just isn't going to happen. According to the latest gossip news updates, NeNe Leakes has slapped former Miss America, Kenya Moore, with a letter from her lawyers to cease and desist any and all defamation of the Glee star's character. From the looks of the Donald Trump Celebrity Apprentice contestant's Instagram updates, Moore has no intention of respecting NeNe's legal threats, whatsoever.
Porsha Williams may not be an official member of the Real Housewives of Atlanta this year, but the Dish Nation DJ was on hand for the yelling match in Puerto Rico that left the cast divided like never before.
During a recent interview in the February 9, issue of OK! Magazine, Porsha explained that the cast pretty much spends the rest of the year reeling from the hostilities unleashed in the Caribbean:
"I felt there was a definite divide among the group the second we sat down at dinner.
"By the time we left the table, we may as well have been two separate groups.
"The rest of the season focuses on us trying to get past all the negativity."
It looks like NeNe Leakes plan to get passed all the negativity is to force Kenya Moore to keep her name out of her conversations unless she wants to be seeing Leakes and her lawyers in court.
The Celebrity Apprentice hopeful recently posted a picture of the cease and desist letter that she got from NeNe's attorneys to her Instagram:
"Mrs. Leakes has learned that you have engaged in making false, destructive, and defamatory statements.
"Particularly, your statement was made with the intent to directly injure and defame Mrs. Leakes and the perception of her in the broadcast of The Real Housewives of Atlanta (RHOA), her brand as a member of the cast, and her brand in the entertainment and celebrity industry in general.
"You are hereby directed to cease and desist making any and all false and defamatory statements, which are injurious to her character and reputation."
If NeNe was hoping to intimidate Kenya into watching her mouth, Moore certainly didn't seem like she was shaking in her boots when she captioned the menacing document on her social media page (Via Yahoo! News):
"I guess this is @neneleakes way of saying happy birthday!
"#RHOA #HypocrisyAtItsBest #byegirl #SheTriedIt #SoNastySoRude"
Apparently, no one ever told NeNe Leakes that you can also kill them with kindness.
