Rachel Uchitel, Tiger Woods' Ex, is Divorcing Ex-Penn State Fullback Matt Hahn: Custody Battle to Ensue

Rachel Uchitel, former mistress of Tiger Woods, is getting a divorce. Her current husband, Matt Hahn, is seeking custody of their daughter.

The two were officially wed in October 2011. Just 20 months later, the couple is calling it quits.

Hahn, who initiated the divorce on June 10, has cited Uchitel's "cruel and unusual treatment" of him as grounds for the separation.

Their marriage, while short-lived, was often full of controversy. In May of this year, Uchitel made a call to 911.

After a particularly nasty fight, one of many, Uchitel had to call the police on Hahn. She asserted that he was violent and refused to leave their home.

Charges have never been filed...even when one heated discussion led to Mrs. Uchitel becoming violent. Sources indicate that she slapped her husband in the face.

The couple have one child, a daughter, who just turned one. Both of her parents seem concerned with her well being.

According to documents filed with the court, Mr. Hahn is seeking full custody of the child.

Howard Bragman, Rachel Uchitel's spokesman, chatted with the press briefly:

"Rachel Uchitel is ending her marriage of less than two years to insurance executive and former Penn State fullback Matt Hahn. The couple have a one-year-old daughter, Wyatt Lily, together. It is Ms. Uchitel's goal to resolve this action amicably, quickly and quietly and not in the media. No further details of the action are being released at this time by Ms. Uchitel."

Earlier in the year, Rachel was on record as saying, "Being a mum has changed me. I'm more focused on my daughter now than I am on myself."

Her last relationship ended when it was revealed that she had been one of many mistresses to Tiger Woods.
