Spider-Man Turn of the Dark may have had its fair share of trouble on Broadway, but Amazing Spider-Man actress Emma Stone is killing it in Cabaret. Don’t believe us, ask Vanessa Hudgens. The High School Musical and Spring Breakers star heading down to the Great White Way to see Stone’s performance as Sally Bowles in Cabaret recently, and she has nothing but to things to say, and Instagram about Stone’s performance. Hudgens took to social media to rave about Emma Stone and her co-star, Cabaret vet Alan Cumming.
Emma Stone has a Broadway fangirl and her name is Vanessa Hudgens. Hudgens recently praised the Birdman actress's performance in Broadway’s Cabaret, Instagramming:
“This happened last night and hot Damn. Bravo Alan Cumming and Emma Stone. Bravo indeed.”
Disney Marvel Wants 'Spider-Man' in 'Avengers,' Not Andrew Garfield
Recently, The Wall Street Journal reported on leaked Sony emails that revealed that studio was in talks with Disney to have Spider-Man appear in the Marvel Cinimatic Universe.
The alleged hacked emails from Sony C.E.O. Kaz Hirai and Disney C.E.O. Robert Iger, revealed that a deal was in place to let the Disney take over the entire Spider-Man film franchise.
The reported 60/40 deal would leave Sony with distribution rights, and creative control over the character. Disney/Marvel reportedly wanted a new actor to take over the role but Sony was not ready to let go of Andrew Garfield or the creative control.
