Lisa Vanderpump isn't you average Housewife and she sure isn't your average boss. The Vanderpump Rules producer reportedly revealed to Sur server Katie Maloney that her boyfriend, Tom Swartz had cheated on her with two different girls at the same event one steamy night last summer. According to the latest gossip news updates, the reality TV show matriarch, is just making it crystal clear the kind of man Katie's boyfriend is before it's too late. In related news, a new report has surfaced that the cast is tired of making such paltry sums of money compared to the rest of their Bravo network counterparts. Word has it that the F&B celebrities think there services are at least worth a couple of first class plane tickets in lieu of the 6-figure salaries that most of the Housewives are reported to get. Perhaps, all the money set aside for travel expenses had to go to NeNe Leakes' million dollar paycheck for 2014.
Apparently, Lisa Vanderpump does sort of consider herself a mother hen to some of her Vanderpump Rules' Sur employees, because word as it she is now actively interjecting herself into their love lives.
A secret source claimed in Life & Style's December 22, issue that Lisa saw Tom Schwartz making a fool of his girlfriend, Katie Maloney, and eventually had enough.
The informant says that Vanderpump finally took Katie aside and told her what Tom had been up to when she wasn't around:
"Katie had been hoping Tom would propose.
"[Lisa] urged Katie to leave Tom...she was absolutely devastated."
Word has it that Katie still hasn't left Schwartz yet, but at least she is considering it -- given what she now knows:
"She heard he made out with [two ladies] in one night!
"They are still together, but now there are trust issue between them and the marriage hardly ever comes up."
According to entertainment gossip news site, TMZ, Schwartz and Maloney probably couldn't afford to tie the knot even if they were still planning on it.
A behind-the-scens spy told the website that despite the stellar ratings the show has enjoyed, the entire cast -- save for Lisa Vanderpump -- received only $5,000 for the first year with their salaries only slightly improving when compared to their peers on Real Housewives franchise that birthed them:
"We're told the cast wanted 2 things: more money and first class seats on flights. Bravo budged on the cheddar... handing them each roughly $3K/episode for Season 2, and $5K/episode for Season 3.
"But while LV's sipping free booze in first -- everyone else will still be in the pretzel and peanut set.
"They're stuck in coach."
While that hardly seems like chump change, when you think about what the rest of Bravo's casts get paid as compensation for probably being assaulted during the season reunion, it still seems fairly insulting.
Truth be told...the Housewives demand more money because the wealth they already have affords them the ability to say no, while the network knows that the servers and bartenders grinding it out one shift at a time for 18-prcent gratuity a check are so desperate that they have no choice but to settle for whatever they are given.
