Tonight, ABC has a very special holiday treat for the whole family. Woody (Tom Hanks) Buzz Lightyear (Tim Allen) and all your favorite characters from Disney and Pixar’s classic Toy Story franchise are back in all new Christmas special, Toy Story That Time Forgot. Tonight’s new shot, following last years Toy Story of Terror Halloween special, focus’s on Kristen Schaal’s (Bob’s Burgers, 30 Rock, Gravity Falls) character Trixie the Triceratops. The official plot synopsis for tonight’s all new special, Toy Story That Time Forgot, reads:
“A post-Christmas playdate takes a scary turn when a set of action figures become delusional, so Trixie must get her pals safely back to Bonnie's room.”
Tonight’s special puts the spotlight on Trixie the Triceratops, who we first meet in Toy Story 3. Trixie actress, Kristen Schaal, who has pretty much been in everything, is easily recognizable by her distinct voice. Recently, Schaal spoke to The New York Post, about her bread and butter:
“In my head, I sound like a sultry seductress. It does not sound how it sounds on the outside. Otherwise, I think I might be a little more hesitant to talk as much as I do.”
