We are less than one week from the big crossover between The CW’s Arrow (Stephen Amell) and its spin-off The Flash (Grant Gustin). Now it has been revealed that Greg Berlanti’s upcoming CBS series Supergirl, might cross networks to battle it out with the Brave and the Bold.
DC’s shared TV universe is getting bigger and bigger and might even cross networks. The Flash, Arrow and Supergirl producer, Greg Berlanti, is profiled in the December issue of Entertainment Weekly, where he discussed the possibility of the three superhero show’s crossover together ( via KSiteTV):
“Later in the afternoon at his other office on the Warner Bros. lot, Berlanti meets with fellow producer Ali Adler and Oscar-winning costume designer Colleen Atwood to go over looks for their upcoming revamp of Supergirl. The show will follow 24-year-old Kara Zor-El, Superman's cousin, and with a twist that that could melt fanboy brains, Berlanti says it's possible this Supergirl could enter the worlds of Arrow and The Flash.”
Be sure to tune into the Flash and Arrow crossover next week. The fun begins on Tuesday night at 8:00 p.m. eastern, with an all episode of the Flash, titled “Flash vs Arrow,”. The crossover continues, on Wednesday, with an Arrow episode, titled “The Brave and The bold.”
The Arrow episode takes its name from the famous line of crossover comics.
