Halle Berry and Olivier Martinez Divorce: Split Net Worth after Gabriel Aubry Child Support Battle? [NEWS UPDATE]

According to that latest gossip news updates, Cat Woman, Halle Berry has been so busy battling her ex-boyfriend, Gabriel Aubry in court in an effort to drastically reduce her child support payments, that her husband, Olivier Martinez, is starting to consider divorcing the Extant starlet himself. Word has it that Halle just can't stomach having to pay Aubry $16K in child support every month when they split custody of their daughter, Nahla, 50/50 as it is, and she is reportedly determined to get the payments reduced. The only problem is Martinez is said to feel neglected and thinks his millionaire wife is being a little petty. It looks like Halle Berry is going to soon be left with the choice between fighting for her net worth or fighting for her marriage--if Martinez hasn't already split.

Without a doubt a $16,000 a month child support payment does seem a little steep, but TMZ insists that Halle Berry is having to pay for a lot more than just her daughter's expenses--so, it all evens out.

According to the Hollywood gossip website, Halle's lawyers provided a budget of Gabriel's expenses that seem to have Berry's ex-boyfriend living like a prince on her penny:

"$740 a month for Gabriel's 'Fitness'.

"$940 a month in clothing (Gabriel lists Nahla's clothing expenses separately-- $675 a month).

"$700 a month for Gabriel's health insurance.

"$1,975 a month in car expenses.

"$1,100 a month in furniture and electronics."

In light of all the money wasted on Gabriel keeping his daughter living in the way she's grown accustomed, Halle is fighting tooth and nail to have the payments reduced as low as $3,800.

But all that fussing and fighting with Gabriel has taken up valuable time that Halle and Olivier could have spent enriching their lives and marriage.

A source with the inside scoop claimed in OK! Magazine's November 24, issue that Olivier was starting to have a hard time understanding why she was putting everyone through all this:

"It's unfair that Gabriel lives off Halle, but Olivier doesn't think money is worth the fight.

"It's tearing them apart."

Funny to think that Olivier might even began to complain about all this, when it was his beating Gabriel senseless Thanksgiving of 2012 that set all parties headed to the place they find themselves today.
