If you are young and desperate, then former Dancing with the Stars contestant, NeNe Leakes, thinks that Bravo's new Season 7 of The Real Housewives of Atlanta may be just the thing for you. The Glee star, who has reminded fans on Twitter time and again of her plans to quit the show after this year's reunion recap finale, explained that nowadays new ladies--like Claudia Jordan and Demetria McKinney--join the reality TV show cast just to act up for quick attention. According to the latest gossip news updates, the feud between Kenya Moore and Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star, Brandi Glanville, which started while they competed on Donald Trump's Celebrity Apprentice, is far from being over. The former Miss America claims that the only reason that the divorced mother-of-two came on the game show in the first place was to prove to the word that she really is a drunk idiot.
For cast queen bee, NeNe Leakes, every time the Bravo producers add another lady to the Real Housewives of Atlanta lineup things on the show seem to get a whole lot worse.
During a recent interview on Good Morning America, NeNe explained that back in her day the ladies didn't have to resort to fisticuffs while they were taping together just to get a little more camera time:
"I don't like when they come on and they're doing so much. It's like; it's a lot when they come on. They're trying so hard.
"It really disturbs me because when we started with me and Kim [Zolciak] way back, we were just being ourselves, and new girls come on and they do so much just to be on camera for a few minutes."
No wonder Leakes let her Twitter followers know shortly after she started shooting Season 7 that she doesn't plan to stick around for Season 8:
Meanwhile, the war of words between Kenya Moore and her Real Housewives of Beverly Hills peer, Brandi Glanville, has been growing in the absence of the respective rivalries with Porsha Williams and Lisa Vanderpump.
Apparently, Kenya Moore took real offense to Brandi's cheeky remarks to E! News that her Celebrity Apprentice rival was "pure evil."
While having a discussion with The Wrap, Moore definitely showed off that signature southern class and charm that she has become so well-known for in Atlanta, when she virtually confirmed rumors that Glanville had been drinking during production of Donald Trump's signiture show were true (via Radar Online):
"Brandi's sole purpose of being there is probably to just be drunk and act an idiot."
Kenya Moore seems like the kind of person that over reacts when you make a playful comment about something she's said or done by calling you mother a whore...which is great for ratings, if nothing else.
