‘Girls’ Lena Dunham Denies Book Confession of Molesting Little Sister on Twitter [NEWS UPDATE]

Famed Girls director and modern day feminist, Lena Dunham is absolutely furious at the reports that misconstrue a story from her new book as a confession to molesting her little sister when they were children. According to the latest gossip news updates, the often topless Instagram devotee had a quasi-meltdown on Twitter, where she attacked any assertions by the right-wing media that she is an admitted child molester as irresponsible and exploitive of actual abuse victims.

Even though it is widely accepted that the modern day press often goes out of its way to misrepresent something a celebrity has said and down out of context for salacious headlines, Lena Dunham feels that certain elements of the media reached a new low with a title that suggested she had sexually molested her own sister.

Apparently, a few websites have taken a story from Lena's new book about a childhood adventure centering on her one-year-old sister's mischievous vagina out of context (via Radar Online):

"I leaned down between her legs and carefully spread open her vagina...when I saw what was inside I shrieked.

"'Mama, Mama! Grace has something in there!'

"My mother didn't bother asking why I had opened Grace's vagina. This was within the spectrum of things I did.

"It quickly became apparent that Grace had stuffed six or seven pebbles in there...Grace cackled, thrilled that her prank had been a success."

While anyone will kids knows that something quite like that story probably isn't going to happen every single day--thank god--framing it as some sort for sordid child-on-child sexual crime does seem a bit negligent to say the least.

And when Lena found out that people were calling her a pederast instead of just a talentless pear that won't stop pulling her dress oiver her head, she went ballistic on Twitter.

Okay we get it...but it's still really hard to take you seriously when you look like that, that's all.
