Len Blavatnik's Warner Music Group to Offer Warner Music Prize to Young Talents in Spring of 2015
The Warner Music Prize, in association with the Blavatnik Family Foundation, is a new concept and features a cash prize of $100,000 to be given to a "classical musician aged 18-35 who demonstrates exceptional talent and promise, regardless of any label affiliation." The Jewish Museum will be presenting a concert titled “Bang on a Can: Beauty is Power” featuring cello player Maya Beiser. The concert is tied to the Museum’s exhibition, Helena Rubinstein: Beauty is Power, the fist exhibition about the legendary cosmetics entrepreneur and trendsetting art collector.
