Don't think that just because they are friends that Bravo's Real Housewives of Atlanta 2014 cast member Kandi Burress isn't dying to gossip about Phaedra Parks' husband Apollo Nida's prison sentence. In related news, former Housewife Kim Zolciak is back down to her original No. 4 dress size just days after having twins and dropping the baby weight. The Don't Be Tardy star explains the secret to her weight loss. Spoilers: guaranteed the secret isn't what you think.

Believe it or not, 36-year-old Kim Zolciak former Real Housewife of Atlanta star and mother or six lost all her 50-plus-pounds of her baby weight from twins in just a matter of a week or so, according to the July 28, print edition of OK! Magazine:

"Days after welcoming twins, son Kane and daughter Kaia, 7 months, mother of six Kim Zolciak wasn't afraid to show the world her body, posting selfies on Twitter.

"She was already back down to a size 4!"

Kim revealed her weight loss secret the publication, and good news, it has nothing to do with diet or exercise. It's all about the placenta--two placentas to be exact:

"I gained 50 pounds [throughout the pregnancy] and nine days later, after I had delivered the babies, I lost 42 pounds!

"But you have to know that's water and the babies.

"I had two sacks, two placentas and two babies, so there was a lot [in there]."

Speaking of being locked away in a deep dark whole, Kandi Burress has the 411 on how her friend, Phaedra Parks, is dealing with the hammer blow that her husband Apollo Nida has been sentenced to serve 8-years in prison for fraud (via MStarz):

"She's basically working.

"That's how I deal with things too; when I have a lot going on--I just put more into work.

"I know that she's promoting her book and doing the book tour and stuff like that and she's not really trying to focus as much on what's happening."
