Canceled ‘Revolution’ Elizabeth Mitchell Cast in Disney ‘Frozen’ ‘Once Upon a Time’ Crossover After Elsa, Anna and Kristoff Casting [SEASON 4] [SPOILERS]

Recently it was announced that the hit ABC fairytale drama Once Upon a Time had cast the three main leads for its Disney Frozen crossover. Fringe star Georgina Haig has been cast as Elsa, Elizabeth Lail will play Anna with Scott Michael Foster as Kristoff. Now former Lost and Revolution star Elizabeth Mitchell has been cast as part of the Frozen storyline for Season 4.

Once Upon a Time Elizabeth Mitchell was on a little show called Lost. Now the actress is off the island and has crash landed in Storybrooke. ABC’s Once Upon a Time is sort of the spiritual successor to Lost, and was created and executive produced by former Lost writers Edward Kitsis and Adam Horowitz. That would explain all the flashbacks.

Season 3 of ABC’s Once Upon a Time ended with a chilling teaser for Season 4. The upcoming season will feature a major crossover with Disney’s newest fairy tale film, Frozen. The hit Snow Queen adaptation let in fire in people that they just can’t loosen their grip on….What did you expect us say.

At the end of Season 3 Adam Horowitz spoke to E! Online,about about how they managed to talk Disney into letting them use the Frozen characters:

“It felt like it was in the wheelhouse of what we wanted for the show and we were very excited about it, and we pitched the idea to the studio network and we were very fortunate that they gave us the go-ahead...So there's a lot of trust all around that we need to live up to, we know that this is a beloved characters and a beloved movie. My five-year-old daughter would be the first one to raise the pitchfork. So you know we're very excited and humbled by the opportunity.”
