‘Fast and Furious 7’ Cast Update: Paul Walker Autopsy Alive After Crash; Ali Fazel Talks Cameo; Vin Diesel Talks CGI Sadness [TRAILER]

Production on Universal's Fast and Furious 7 has finally wrapped thanks to the expert directing of James Wan. The Conjuring director was able to finish the latest installment in the franchise ahead of schedule despite the tragic accidental death of Fast frontman Paul Walker, whose autopsy reveal was still alive immediately following the fiery crash. Thanks to a little help from Paul's brothers, Cody and Caleb--plus untold CGI magicians--Wan finished the film quickly enough to move the summer release date up a week. Making his name as a blockbuster problem-solver, Wan was even able to incorporate a cameo on the fly from world famous Bollywood actor Ali Fazel, while at the same time managing the ego of lughead Vin Diesel. Vin doesn't like working with pixelated faces and stuff, or so he let it be known on his Facebook page.

Rising Bollywood star Ali Fazel, the 27-year-old actor from well-known hits like 3 Idiots and Fukrey, absolutely loved his opportunity to show his face a big- budget Western blockbuster like Fast and Furious 7 (via Financial Express):

"I am done shooting for the film. I had shot last year when Paul Walker was also around and then finally wrapped up shooting two months ago.

"It is a guest appearance and I would not like to make a huge cry about it.

"I have grown up watching the franchise so it was a huge deal for me-- being on the sets with the director James Wan, Ludacris, Kurt Russell and Paul Walker.

"It was nice to get to just chill with them after shoot and to know what they are really like."

Vin Diesel's experience on the set was a little more touch and go after the death of his long-time co-star Paul Walker.

During one Facebook update deemed "Torreto Tuesday" Dom sounded perplexed as he was broken hearted by having to work with CGI faced replacements:

"The whole cast and crew has had to adjust to this awkward and uncomfortable process of pixels over people...the challenge is not to allow it to compromise what makes the character so special."

Make a couple Riddick flicks and you get all jaded.
