Kevin Kolb DUI On A Boat, Drunken Driving After Fired By Buffalo

Free agent Kevin Kolb can't even get arrested. Strike that, he can get arrested with the best of 'em. The professional quarterback was picked up by Parks and Wildlife officials last Saturday in Wilacy County, Texas for drunk driving on his boat. The DUI means he was probably fishing all day, and not disposing of dead bodies a la Dexter. Kolb has a lot of time on his hands now, since he got fired by the Buffalo Bills. Shoot, he can't even get... Oh yeah, we already did that one. Maybe the Ravens will take him? They seem to like bad boys. Or he could be a fourth-stringer in San Francisco.

Police quickly cut Kolb loose after letting him cool out for a few hours (via Philly.com):

"The arrest citation was verified by Willacy County Sheriff's office to 956sports.com. Willacy County Sheriff's office was not able to provide a mugshot of Kolb, but was able to verify that the date of birth was August 24, 1984.

"Kolb was arrested for boating while intoxicated. He was released Sunday on a personal recognizance bond. The arrest occurred on Saturday June 28. He spent time in jail from 2:44am on June 29, 2014 and was released at 1:11pm."

Kolb's career has not been particularly spectacular, but it's not been totally embarrassing, either. However, given his frequent injuries and apparent lack of judgment, his playing days may be over (via CBS Sports):

"The 29-year-old quarterback was released by the Bills in March after playing in zero regular season games with the team. Kolb suffered a preseason concussion and was never cleared to play after that.

"The quarterback's bad luck in Buffalo also included an incident last August where he slipped on a rubber mat while walking on the team's practice field and tweaked his knee."
