MAJOR SPOILER ALERT: True Blood has just begun its seventh and final seasons and they are cleaning house. OK! Nothing could clean that house, considering all the dead vampire good, sparkly fairy blood, and shifter man/dog urine that is bound to be on the carpets. Still they are not going light on the death. In the first episode, Tara died the true death offscreen. Than we learned that Alexander Skarsgard is dying of Hep-V. Now Alcide actor Joe Manganiello has treated the pack leaders death.
They say that all dogs go to heaven, but what about werewolves? Alcide might soon find out. Joe Manganiello was recently a guest on Bravo’s Watch What Happens Live, where teased his characters death:
“I think it creates a sense of urgency and electricity to the season that anybody could go at any time, No one is safe.”
Last week it was revealed Eric Northman was infected with the deadly Hep-V virus. Recently, Eric protege Pam actress, Kristin Bauer van Straten opened up to Vulture about Eric’s chances:
“She finds out he has V, Hep-V. Her worst fear was that she couldn't find him, or that she would be too late, and then she finds him, and she sees that he is dying. What I imagine was that Pam looks at her life, at the end of season six, and looks at her life without Eric in it, and can't face it. She has to know that she did everything in her power to find him. And then of course when she sees him, we'll see how far she'll go to try and keep him with her as long as possible.”
