Twitter feet diva Mariah Carey is rumored to be ready to divorce her America's Got Talent husband Nick Cannon for allegedly cheating on the aging starlet, but that all seems to, at least, be behind them now. If the couple split for any time at all the Wild N Out host was happy to report that they were back together for their "Anniversary Day" that they celebrate every month. Besides who would Nick Cannon cheat on Mariah with; the all-around funny man claims that she was his celebrity crush growing up.
It's been rumored here-and-there lately that America's Got Talent host Nick Cannon and his ever-aging bride Mariah Carey are looking to finally end the disgusting perversion of natural law that they call a marriage.
That doesn't ring true when you talk to Nick, however; the Wild N Out prankster still seems inexplicably enamored with his elderly wife.
In an interview in OK! Magazine's July 14, print edition Nick explains their monthly celebration of their wedding anniversary as though it is perfectly normal:
"[We] celebrate "I Love You Day." [Mariah] and I have out wedding anniversary on April 30, so the 30th of every month is "I Love You Day."
"On that day I always try to do something really special--balloons, flowers, champagne, all that stuff."
That sounds absolutely gag-inducing, but that is kind of Nick and Mariah's whole story.
In the same interview with OK! Cannon admitted that Mariah was his childhood celebrity crush:
"Mariah Carey! That's an easy one. The song I fell in love with was the single "Someday," off her first album.
"I was like, 'That girl is hot!'"
There is something deeply disturbing about Nick Cannon.
On the outside Cannon seems like an affable comedic actor who wouldn't seem at of place at any jovial family gathering.
But you can tell form the way he talks about his twisted relationship with Mariah Carey that inside Nick lurks a beast capable of any manner of unspeakable horrors.
