This week saw new updates in the rumored divorce of Dean McDermott, who cheated on his wife, and Tori Spelling. Tori defended her reality show, which has been accused by many of being totally fake. Spelling also defended herself against Jason Priestley's allegations that Tori sold his wedding invite at a yard sale for $5. But when it comes to her marriage, Tori says that she and Dean are "doing ok."
Tori Spelling's new reality show has been accused of a lot of things, but being fake definitely ranks number one. That doesn't sit well with Tori, however, and she let that be known when she appeared on Watch What Happens Live, as Daily Mail reports:
"Andy asked Tori about claims that her True Tori reality show chronicling her marriage problems with cheating husband Dean McDermott was staged...Tori said she was 'shocked' by the allegations.
"'You couldn't get any more real,' Tori said before adding: 'And, I'm not that good an actress... in drama. In comedy, I excel.'"
Tori also addressed allegations made by Jason Priestley, where he accused Spelling of selling his wedding invitation. In Jason's memoir, the actor revealed:
"I saw my very own wedding invitation on the screen. Apparently, it had gone for five bucks, including a personal autograph by Tori. She sold my wedding invitation to a stranger."
Though Tori denied the allegations, she's spoken a number of times about how broke she is. In fact, a number of reports have even suggested that she would divorce hubby Dean, if she could only afford it.
But things proved to be a little more optimistic last week, when Tori spoke with People at a screening of her new show, Mystery Girls. When asked about her rocky relationship with the cheating Dean McDermott, Tori explained that she and Dean are doing alright:
"We're doing okay...We're working through it. It's something that's going to take time to get through."
