Oscar Movies’ Leonardo DiCaprio and Toni Garrn Dating Split: Net Worth Buys $5 Million Mansion in Palm Springs [PHOTO UPDATE]

There has been rumors for weeks now that Oscar nominated actor Leonardo DiCaprio has split with his supermodel girlfriend Toni Garrn after reports of the Wolf of Wall Street's cheating went public. Perhaps not knowing when to draw the line between movies and the real world the Titanic womanizer is said to have thrown parties at his home where one lucky girl or two would make it make to his bedroom while the rest of the revelers were left to their own devices. If they are still dating, then Toni should definitely question Leo's purchasing of a new party pad in Palm Spring, California. Though Leo could just be investing for their future--diversifying his impressive net worth into another $5 million mansion, to go along with the four or five other homes and a private island in Belize that he already has.

Leonardo DiCaprio has been seen in the company of all sorts of women these past few weeks, except his reported girlfriend Toni Garrn.

It is hard to say since neither Hollywood hottie has been seen in the company of anyone new these days that could pass for a likely contender of their affections, but it's is probably safe to report that no one would be happy with all the whispers of womanizing that have surrounded Leo since they started dating.

An eyewitness to a party at one of DiCaprio's cribs recalled in In Touch what in their mind seemed like a clear instance of Leonardo's philandering:

"There were about 25 girls there and a few guys...The girls kept talking about how excited they were to be partying with Leo.

"At one point, Leo took one of the girls to his bedroom...Everybody knew what was going on in there.

"Everybody at the party found it weird--especially because Leo is still dating Toni Garrn."

Well, if he isn't getting a new girlfriend, Leo is getting another house.

According to Redfin real estate expert Eric Tan , who spoke with Life & Style Magazine, this place could without a doubt host another bitchin celebrity sex party or two:

"This fabulous mid-century modern estate was designed by famed architect Donald Wexler with floor-to-ceiling windows that provide stunning views of the surrounding mountains and that indoor-outdoor flow so many celebrities are looking for.

"This home is the perfect place for Leo to entertain his many friends!"

See...even Eric Tan knows what's up...that Wolf of Wall Street is a dirty dog.
