'50 Shades of Grey' Movie News: Rita Ora, Calvin Harris Dating Breakup Lead to New Music? [UPDATE]

Time for some more 50 Shades of Grey movie news. Rita Ora recently opened up about her new music, following her breakup with DJ Calvin Harris. Apparently, Ora's new album focused on her dating Calvin and the relationship they shared.

It's no secret that Rita once held a special place in her heart for Calvin Harris, though, until recently people may not have imagined exactly how much of a role he played on her upcoming album.

Rita Ora changed this when she recently appeared on Australia's Nova FM, where she discussed where the inspiration for her new album came from. It seems like her love of Calvin Harris played a major factor (via SF Gate):

"I just knew I wanted to do an honest, vulnerable, love album...I had an amazing experience with a feeling of love and it was probably one of the biggest inspirations for this record...You can tell from the first track to the 12th that it's a build. It went from me walking into the studio single to me being in a relationship and talking about the honeymoon period and feeling incredible and nothing they do can go wrong to me figuring it out that ... then it dies down and ... then, you still don't have to be afraid of love..."

Rita's breakup with Calvin caught many by surprise, however, there were hints that their relationship was on the rocks early this year, during the filming of 50 Shades of Grey.

Rumors that Rita and Calvin were splitting up first surfaced during the filming of 50 Shades of Grey in Canada. One source told The Mirror that the film really put a strain on their relationship:

"It's been tough for both of them but it's been even harder for them to spend time together recently. He's been busy DJing and she's working on her new album and shooting Fifty Shades of Grey. Calvin is more private when it comes to fame than Rita, which also played a part. He'd be happy to meet someone who has nothing to do with the industry."
