After Jon and Kate Gosselin Child Abuse Rumors, Twins Get Beat at Games? [UPDATE]

Following their nasty high-profile divorce, Jon and Kate Gosselin have been accused of a number of things, including child abuse. But Kate recently revealed that she doesn't hesitate when it comes to beating her kids...at games!

Kate Gosselin loves to be controversial, and she proved it on her one-hour special on TLC. A defiant Kate criticized families who have a different parenting style than her own, before openly welcoming viewers "hate."

Kate can be seen playing a game with all of her kids (and that's quite a few) within an inflatable play area. Despite one of her kids claiming to be injured, a competitive Gosselin kicked a ball directly at the child.

Afterwards, she took pride in her actions, telling the cameras:

"Hate away. But I have a problem with parents who let their kids win. Because, no one is going to let me win. And while I'm saying, 'Do your best, try your hardest, why am I then in a fun game letting her win? ...Did it seem too harsh? Was it the right thing to do? It was a game with a mushy ball, so did it scar her for life? No."

These comments came at a particularly bad time for Kate, especially considering excerpts from the re-released book Kate Gosselin: How She Fooled the World mad their way onto the interwebs.

The quotes, published by In Touch, come from Robert Hoffman, who claims to have gotten his grubby hands on Kate's private diaries. In one reported entry, Gosling allegedly revealed that she abused son Collin:

"I grabbed him and spanked him as hard as I could and thought I may seriously injure him, so I sent him to his crib...and whipped him into it very hard. I really REALLY lost it! I pulled Collin up by the hair and I spanked them so hard!"
