After Probation IndyCar Driver Helio Castroneves Wins Detroit Grand Prix, Gossips About Soccer Players [TWITTER]

Helio Castroneves won the Detroit Grand Prix a couple of weeks ago, cancelling out some of his negative fortune after being put on probation in April for remarks his sister made using his Twitter account. It was also a big win for his team owner, Roger Penske, who captured the top two spots at the race. More recently, the driver dished on why soccer players get more girls. The IndyCar gossip also talked about some of his favorite music.

TMZ caught up with Castroneves a few days ago and asked him whether he thought race car drivers or soccer players got more girls (via TMZ):

"The 3-time Indy 500 winner was out in L.A. this weekend when he spelled it for us -- and acknowledging he had a good run back when he was single, the footballers have definitely taken the lead."

When pressed, Castroneves explained that soccer players probably make more money, and that's why they get more ladies. He also joked that he listens to 50 in his IndyCar, before revealing that he likes Bruno Mars.

Coming off his recent win at the Detroit Grand Prix, Castroneves did his usual celebration ritual of climbing into the stands (via LA Times):

"Team owner and unofficial race promoter Roger Penske was not a part of that celebration, but he had to be one of the happiest guys in the Motor City because Castroneves and Power finished first and second and Charlie Kimball, who was also driving a Chevrolet-powered car, was third."

This is good news for the Brazilian IndyCar driver who was put on probation in April for disparaging remarks supposedly made by his sister on his Twitter account (via USA Today):

"I apologize for the earlier tweet degrading Indycar series which I did not write or agree with, unfortunately my sister used my twitter account without my authorization while expressing her own thoughts, once again I apologize and the steward were correct with the call made."
