Bravo has been too good to L.A. restaurateur Lisa Vanderpump and he husband Ken Todd, for them to stay mad at their Real Housewives of Beverly Hills series forever. The Vanderpump Rules spin-off queen has announced that despite any protests Brandi Glanville may have she is returning for 2014's Season 5 later this year. Lisa had previously said that she wasn't keen on returning following Season 4's brutal reunion recap gossip, but seems to have changed her mind. Perhaps she needs the extra cash after being ordered to pay $100K in a sexual harassment court case regarding her Villa Blanca eatery. Lisa had at one point defended the culpable manger, but probably feels a little differently about him now.
Just a month or so ago Lisa Vanderpump didn't sound like she had any real intentions of returning for Bravo's Season 5 of Real Housewives of Beverly Hills, though who could blame her.
When Vanderpump spoke about the proposition of returning to OK! Magazine, the 53-year-old made it seems as though the whole thing was kind of beneath her:
"The constant bashing and backstabbing gets exhausting...I'm over being in a high school group of girls who just want to bring each other down."
But it seems like Lisa has finally come around to the idea that she and the RHOBH deserve each other.
Vanderpump announced yesterday that she would be returning to the show via Twitter:
"Well ok...Five has always been my lucky number, so we will see. #RHOBH
"Let the games begin."
In related news, Lisa Vanderpump seemed taken-aback by the recent California court decision in her Villa Blanca sexual harassment law suit.
When asked about the verdict by a TMZ camera man, Vanderpump didn't hesitate in declaring that she would be continue to fight the decision:
"Everything's going to be sorted out...And Justice will prevail.
"It's ridiculous!"
Guess next time Lisa could always fire the perverts that manage her restaurants after the first dozen complaints or so...but she still probably won't.
