Johnny Manziel Haters Keep Hating, Inflatable Swan, Cell Phone Stack Of Money, Joe Namath Defends

After a brief rest from picking apart the every move of rookie quarterback Johnny Manziel, the pathetic Republican hordes of Manzy haters keep on hating this week. Blogger after tired old uptight blogger keeps hacking away on the old Smith Corona about Johnny Manziel's shameful antics. Whether he's partying on an inflatable swan or posing for pictures using a stack of money as a cell phone, the former Texas A&M party animal is showing no signs of slowing and critics hate that. In fact, besides the Browns themselves, it seems the only defender Johnny has is the original bad boy Joe Namath.

For the scores of so-called journalists who like taking easy shots at Johnny Football: wake up! It's not the 1950's. The NFL was not built in Peyton Manning's image, or Tom Brady's. Grow up. Here's what the "experts" have to say about Manziel (via Sporting News):

"Manziel's behavior is getting progressively worse and eroding the public confidence in both the player and organization. That's a problem...

"I don't want to hear that he's a 'kid having fun' anymore, either. He's a professional who spent three years in college and just signed a four-year, $8.25 million contract. He told everybody that would listen during the pre-draft process, that the "Johnny Football" persona and lifestyle was behind him. I guess not."

In this article the following list is presented three separate times to highlight the shocking nature of Manziel's exploits (via CBS Sports):

"1. Partying in Vegas with Rob Gronkowski.

2. Guzzling from a bottle of champagne while floating on an inflatable swan in Austin.

3. Appearing on an Instagram video at a party in Houston with Drake, presumably drunk and definitely using a stack of money as a phone."

Most of these writers admit that respected stars like to party. They just do it behind closed doors. But we live in a world where people take pictures of their dinner every night and share with the world. Some people share even more intimate events with regularity.

It is not shocking that stars today are more visible than ever. Everyone in the world has a cell phone with a camera. You're going to have to get used to Johnny Manziel. He and his inflatable swan are the future.
