There has been another major update in the divorce of Bethenny Frankel. After winning her custody battle trial, the former Real Housewives of New York star was spotted getting drunk and acting obnoxious at a popular New York hotspot with Michael Cerussi III.
When it comes to getting drunk, no one knows more than Bethenny Frankel. After all, she did form a $100 million liquor company called Skinny Girl.
So it's no surprise that the former housewife celebrated the decision in her custody trial by getting trashed. But like so many times in the past, she may have taken it a little too far.
A new Page Six report claims that Frankel and boyfriend Michael Cerussi III were spotted living it up at Sonny's Soda Shoppe, where they reportedly drank for over three hours.
It was a bit much for some of the onlookers, as one source told the publication:
"They were all over each other. Michael was grabbing her and groping her. He was so rude and entitled. He handed someone a piece of his chewing gum to throw out! He was like, 'Dude, can you throw this away?'"
Frankel's custody trial may have concluded, but she's still battling out an arrangement in divorce count. And it seems like her soon to be ex-husband Jason Hoppy isn't about to back down.
Hoppy is fighting for his share of Frankel's reported $100 million and is rumored to have partnered up with an investor to extend the divorce. According to legal experts, the financial backer will receive a sizable portion of Hoppy's settlement.
