Terrell Owens Divorce: Carl's Jr. Commercial Pay Day, Still Broke Retired Ex-NFL Player

Terrell Owens is still broke, despite a nice pay day from shooting a Carl's Jr. Commercial (you may know it as Hardee's). The retired receiver is desperate for work, and has even gone on TMZ begging someone from the NFL to take him in. In an all-too-familiar scenario, Terrell squandered his fortune on overspending and bad investments. And now his divorce from a wife of three days is threatening to bleed him dry.

Rachel Snider is reportedly asking for alimony after a marriage that lasted only three days! That's crazy. According to a report that came out in March, Snider decided three days was enough to warrant some kind of compensation for living with T.O. (on second thought, maybe she's right). TMZ had the scoop:

"Terrell Owens' estranged wife says she DESERVES to continue the lifestyle she grew accustomed to during their 72 hours of marriage ... and that's why she's going after alimony, TMZ Sports has learned.

"Rachel Snider has finally responded to T.O.'s divorce petition -- and in documents she filed in L.A. County Superior Court, Snider says she also wants Owens to pay for her legal costs."

Despite being notoriously hard to work with Owens has had some work this year, though surely not enough to take care of old Crazy Eyes (look at her picture- she's got the crazy eyes). At least not like he did when they were married for that weekend (via TMZ):

"Owens was required to submit a document declaring his finances over the past year -- and the highlight is the payday he got from that Carl's Jr. burger commercial -- the one where he's surrounded by chicks in bikinis.

"According to the document, T.O. says he raked in a cool $41,799 for appearing in the ad -- not a bad day at the office."

While that is a nice chunk of change for one day of work, that's not nearly enough to cover his normal expenses, much less a divorce.
