Mark Cuban of Shark Tank fame has been sued for $15 million- by the same idiot who recently sued Johnny Manziel with a phony identity. In his most recent hoax attempt Johanthan Lee Riches claimed to be ex-Shark Tanker Lani Lazzari's sister Lisa. Cuban, who is used to putting his foot in his mouth, didn't do the deed this time. The ludicrous lawsuit inspired a typical free-speech libertarian response as befits Cuban's style. But the (maybe) racist owner of the Dallas Mavericks is no stranger to controversy.
It's not clear why this man is allowed to have contact with the outside world, but Jonathan Lee Riches has filed yet another fraudulent lawsuit. This time he impersonated the sister of Mark Cuban's former colleague from the show Shark Tank. According to "Lisa Lazzari" Cuban assaulted her verbally, demanding sexual favors (via TMZ):
"Cuban visited the Simple Sugars store and 'told me I look hot and I told him I'm a lesbian. Cuban told me to perform oral sex on him in the bathroom and if I don't Cuban will quit his investment in Simple Sugars.'
"We spoke to Cuban who tells us, 'In our system we have to take the good and the bad. Anyone can file a lawsuit. As a result, we have to deal with people like this and the lawyers at the SEC. Both take advantage of the many grey areas in the law.'"
Of course Cuban himself is no stranger to making outlandish and controversial comments (via Classicalite):
"Mark Cuban, the outspoken and often controversial owner of the Dallas Mavericks, spoke last Wednesday at a business conference. After the Donald Sterling/LA Clippers scandal, most NBA owners are likely measuring everything they say with careful consideration. Not Mark Cuban. He has regularly made statements that push the line of what is appropriate."
