Recently JetBlue airlines p*ssed off another customer when a flight attendant denied a three-year-old the chance to use the bathroom after her flight had been denied. After the girl wet her seat, the mother attempted to clean up the mess, only to have the flight attendant attempt to call have thrown off the flight. An off duty pilot reportedly talked the crew into letting the family stay on the plane. However, the damage was done and the mother has since demanded an apology. This comes shortly after KFC had to apologizes for kicking a pit bull attack victim
Recently a three-year-old wet himself while her flight was delayed. The girls mother spoke with CBS Boston about the incident:
“It wasn’t about bad customer service at that point, it was about bad human decency. My daughter was sitting in a pool of urine and I couldn’t do anything about it, And as a mom it just broke my heart.”
The airline has since released an apology, stating:
“This incident in question happened while the aircraft was on an active taxiway, when FAA regulations require all customers to remain seated due to the risk of sudden aircraft movement. The crew made a safety and FAA regulation-based decision.”
The airline has reportedly offered the family $50 dollars off their next flight and $5,000 to their chairty of choice.
In similar news, KFC recently apologized to the family of a young girl who was kicked out of one of their restaurants because her pitbull attack scares scared other customers. The restaurant has since agreed to pay $30,000 in medical bills.
