The official plot synopsis for tonight’s all new hour, “Day 9: 6:00 PM-7:00 PM,” reads:
“Jack and President Heller put themselves through hell in order to stop Margot Al-Harazi from going through with any more attacks; at the same time, Kate takes drastic measures to find Margot's hideout, while Jordan finds himself in a life-or-death situation.”
The clock keeps on ticking next week during, “Day 9: 7:00 PM-8:00 PM:”
“True colors are revealed in the midst of some very intense circumstances. Meanwhile, Jack and Chloe launch a plan to eliminate the terrorist threat and keep London safe from any more attacks, but to do so first he and Kate need to track down some crucial leads with little time to spare.”
24: Live Another Day is not the only show that is getting a limited series reboot. NBC recently announced that they are bringing back their superhero series, Heroes, in the Heroes: Reborn reboot.
Jennifer Salke,President of NBC Entertainment, made the announcement about the show's return months ago, telling reporters:
"The enormous impact Heroes had on the television landscape when it first launched in 2006 was eye-opening. Shows with that kind of resonance don't come around often and we thought it was time for another installment. We're thrilled that visionary creator Tim Kring was as excited about jumping back into this show as we were and we look forward to all the new textures and layers Tim plans to add to his original concept. Until we get closer to air in 2015, the show will be appropriately shrouded in secrecy, but we won't rule out the possibility of some of the show's original cast members popping back in."
