There has been even more criticism for the popular reality series, True Tori. After months of rumors that Tori Spelling will be seeking a divorce from allegedly cheating husband Dean McDermott, it appears the two may be happier than ever. Of course, this report does come after claims that her hubby was and is hooked on drugs.
True Tori may have delivered big ratings for Lifetime, but that doesn't mean that the show is real. Not only have Tori and Dean been accused of faking their marital woes, now it seems that the producers are under fire, as Perez Hilton reports:
Not only have Tori Spelling and Dean McDermott been accused of faking their entire cheating scandal for cameras, but now the people BEHIND the True Tori show are under fire! Reports have surfaced that questions presented to the troubled couple during the reunion show by supposed Twitter fans, were actually from FAKE Twitter accounts.
Of course, this isn't the only report that the show could be less than honest. Jack McDermott, Dean's son from a previous marriage, is just one of many who accuse the show of being fake.
The 15-year-old actually attacked his dad's hit show on Twitter, telling followers:
"'Reality' show my ass! It's all set up plz don't buy into it. My father is not what the show makes him to be, he is a good man."
It's hard to blame everything on Lifetime, especially when Dean's own ex-wife has attacked his lifestyle in court. According to official documents obtained by Daily Mail, she accused her husband of being addicted to cocaine:
"McDermott's first wife, Mary Jo Eustace had previously accused him of cocaine use, out-of-control spending and anger issues. She even claims he beat his own dog. The couple split in 2005 after Dean, 47, met Tori, 40, during a television shoot and the couple began an affair.
