SPOILER ALERT: Do you want adventure in the great wide somewhere? Are you certain there is something more than provincial life? Well than you are luck. Disney has plans to review the beloved animated feature Beauty and The Beast. The studio plans to bring back the classic fairy tale to the big screen in an all new live action film. That is not the only Disney owned live action version of the stories characters. ABC’s Once Upon A Time ended its season last year with a wedding between the beastly Rumpel and Belle Recently If that is not enough B & T B for you there is alway the CW series. The drama recently returned to it’s second season and gearing up for a third season renewal.
Following the massive success of Disney’s Maleficent, the studio has announced that they are planning to give Beauty and the Beast the live-action treatment. The upcoming film will be directed by Twilight Breaking Dawn director Bll Condon.
Disney has also found massive success with their live-action fairy tale series Once Upon A Time. During the Season 3 finale of the series Belle and her Beast (Rumplestiltskin) were wed.
Once Upon A Time co-creator Adam Horowitz.recently spoke to TV Line about what is store for Rumpel and Belle now that they are married.
“There is a list of things that are brewing for Belle and Rumple to deal with, but before they do, let’s let them enjoy their honeymoon."
Still if you are the type of person who can not wait for more Beauty and more Beast, than you can check out the CW series Beauty and the Beast. The show currently in the second stretch of its second airs Monday nights on The CW.
The plot synopsis for next week’s all new episode of the series, titled “Cat and Mouse,” reads:
“Vincent and Cat form an unexpected alliance with the FBI.”
The show’s star Kristin Kreuk recently spoke to TV Line about the team up:
“Yeah, you’ll see Catherine and Vincent working together, trying to figure stuff out. And we might even see more of Catherine’s family history that’s revealed. All of that, I think, will be more in line with what the fans gravitate toward. [As for Season 3] we don’t know yet because it’s still early, but what I think [exec producer] Brad [Kern] will want to do more of that in the 13 episodes that we do next season.”
Once Upon A Time returns this fall to ABC, The CW’s Beauty and the Beast airs Monday nights at 9:00 p.m.
