Rookie QB Blake Bortles Lawsuit Steroids Rape Shocking Accusations Handwritten? Alligator Catching

Jaguars QB Blake Bortles is being sued for framing a man of rape in order to prevent him from giving Bortles to the FBI for using steroids and human growth hormone. These shocking allegations seem to be like a conspiracy movie plot. But the handwritten lawsuit, while most likely a hoax, is a legitimate suit and must be processed and investigated. Meanwhile, Bortles and teammate Marqis Lee talk about spotting alligators and Bortles admits to catching one once.

Bortles, if you can believe the bizarre allegations, was buying steroids and HGH from the plaintiff David Rothrock. But Rothrock was working with the FBI, and Bortles therefore framed Rothrock for rape. A Terry Bridgewater is also named as a co-plaintiff, which is the most revealing piece of evidence undermining this lawsuit: Bridgewater's supposed address is in Louisville Kentucky, where Minnesota Vikings QB Terry Bridgewater went to school (via SB Nation):

"The filing not only accuses Bortles of taking steroids and HGH, but also alleges he's been involved in some other nefarious dealings including an allegation that Bortles framed Rothrock for a crime so he would be jailed and unable to talk to the Federal Bureau of Investigation, who approached Rothrock about the distribution of steroids and HGH."

On a lighter note, Bortles and teammate Marqis Lee were recently asked about alligator sightings. While Lee hadn't seen one and hoped to never see one, Bortles said he caught one once (via TMZ):

"Lee kinda laughed it off ... but Bortles -- who grew up in Central Florida -- revealed that he DID come face-to-face with a gator ... and had to act fast to avoid becoming lunch."

What do you think? Is the lawsuit just a hoax? Or a viral marketing plot behind a really bad football/crime genre flick? Is there any truth to the allegations?
