Police responded to a 911 call from actress Halle Berry's home on Thanksgiving morning according to Radar Online.
Authorities went to Berry's home because ex-boyfriend and father of her child, Gabriel Aubury, got into an altercation with her current partner Oliver Martinez that ended with Aubury being arrested.
"Officers responded to a radio call from the home of Halle Berry at about 10 am," the LAPD, Hollywood Division Watch Commander told Radar Online.
There was a fight between two men at the house, the officer said, with one of those individuals being transported to a local hospital for treatment this according to Radar Online. Early reports indicated no one had been booked, but Fox News later reported that Aubury had been.
Fox News said that the 37-year old Aubury was booked Thursday for investigation of battery and a misdemeanor, and released on $20,000 bail, according to online jail records and is scheduled to appear in court Dec. 13.
Radar Online reported that Wednesday afternoon the trio and Berry's 4-year old daughter Nahla attended a pre-Thanksgiving party together.
Thanksgiving morning, Gabriel was reportedly dropping Nahla off with Berry when the fight broke out.
Berry and Aubury have been in a custody and child support battle with Berry wanting to move to France with Nahla, but a court ruled against it according to Radar Online. The proceedings were sealed because the two are not married.
Berry's boyfriend Martinez said earlier in the year that he and the Oscar-winning actress were engaged to be married.
