No one won this weekend’s Mega Millions lottery jackpot drawing meaning the new totals have shot up. Check the results below to see just how big they reached before you buy your tickets.
The new totals for this weekend Mega millions game have reached $26 million.
The winner for last week’s $150 million dollar lottery drawing has not come forward yet. The Mega Millions lottery urges the winner to come forward in a press release reading:
“Middletown--The Pennsylvania Lottery has sold its first jackpot-winning Mega Millions ticket, a $149 million prize from the Tuesday, May 20, drawing. The jackpot-winning ticket was sold at White Oak Gas & Grocery, 1100 Fawcett Ave., McKeesport, Allegheny County.
“The winning ticket correctly matched all five white balls, 10-40-63-64-69, plus the Mega Ball, 07. The ticket has an annuity value of $149 million or a cash value of $86.1 million, less 25 percent federal withholding.
“The retailer will receive a $100,000 bonus for selling the winning ticket.
“This is the Pennsylvania Lottery’s first jackpot-winning Mega Millions ticket since joining the multi-state game in 2010. The Pennsylvania Lottery has sold 17 jackpot-winning Powerball tickets since joining that multi-state game in 2002.
“The Mega Millions jackpot had been rolling since the last jackpot was won in California on April 4.
“The prize must be claimed and the ticket validated before Lottery officials can identify the winner. Pennsylvania Lottery Mega Millions winners have one year from the drawing date to claim prizes.
The Lottery encourages the holder of the winning ticket to sign the back of the ticket, call the Lottery at 717-702-8146 and file a claim at Lottery headquarters in Middletown, Dauphin County. Claims may be filed at Lottery headquarters Monday through Friday, from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.”
