Instagram devotee Taylor Swift isn't dating Theo James, Zack Braff, Harry Styles, Sean Connery, Ed Sheeran or anyone else for that matter; all those internet rumors are absolute ridiculousness. Clearly what the 24-year-old "22" singer has been doing is playing match maker to slighted Selena Gomez, since her split from ex-boyfriend, famed retired Miami drag-racer Justin Bieber. According to the latest and greatest internet gossip the uber-busy 'Red' touring artist has been trying to push the often topless Spring Breakers star into the arms of heartthrob Harry Styles' One Direction bandmate Naill Horan. Perhaps Taylor was so busy working on her new album and hooking her friends up with each other, that she forgot that she doesn't actually own the Lucky 13 brand, but they did not. The company is said to be sueing Taylor Swift for putting their trademark on her merchandise, without permission.
It has been reported by Life & Style that Lucky 13 claims that Taylor lifted their brand and inappropriately put it all over the stuff she was selling:
"Un-Lucky 13: Taylor Swift has been sued by Lucky Apparel Company for trademark infringement.
"The company founded in 1991, says that Taylor's putting 'Lucky 13' on her merchandise is an unauthorized use of their federally registered trademarks."
Strange...doesn't seem like you would need a court order to have to explain that to you in order to know it was wrong...but Taylor is real busy.
