Dirty Pics Lawsuit Against Johnny Manziel After NFL Draft? [RUMORS]

Is rookie hotshot Johnny Manziel already in legal hot water? Did he send a woman dirty pics? A lawsuit claims that the newest quarterback for the Cleveland Browns sent various photos of his penis to TV host Samantha Schacher. There are a couple of problems with the suit against the NFL Draftee Manziel. The biggest problem with the lawsuit is that it's a hoax! Schacher quickly dispelled any rumors that were floating around.

After some initial confusion at every level, the real Samantha Schacher spoke up and squashed any speculation over whether there was a genuine case (via TMZ):

"The lawsuit is truly insane -- with the hoaxster (posing as Schacher) demanding $25 million from Manziel claiming he bombarded her with naked selfies including one pic where he put his penis in between a hot dog bun.

"The phony Schacher also claimed in the suit that she has nightmares of Manziel's penis -- claiming he once sent a video of himself 'jingling' his wiener to the song 'It's a Small World' while on the ride at Disneyland.

"Shacher says the claims are so outrageous that she found them funny ... but insists, 'It's absolutely 100% bogus and a hoax.'"

Schacher went on to comment that it was a shameful stunt and that someone was taking advantage of the legal system.

The pop culture analyst and contributor to Dr. Drew On Call went on Jay Mohr to further comment on the situation (via Fox Sports):

"Mohr: Have you ever met Johnny Manziel?

"Schacher: No, no! I haven't been to Florida in years, which is where the suit was filed. It said the pictures came from a Samsung phone but, I have an iPhone. Everything about it is ridiculous. And the address where the suit was signed is the CNN headquarters in Atlanta..."

When asked if she would countersue she replied emphatically that she would not.
