Now that one of Elizabeth Olsen's more famous twin sister, Mary-Kate, has finally accepted French billionaire boyfriend Olivier Sarkozy's wedding proposal, you might think that Ashley's cinematic/embryonic counterpart would be able to relax, at long last, and enjoy herself. But you'd be wrong. Rumor has it that despite the new palatial New York City super-house, said to be worth $13.5 million, and the moon rock sized $81K-plus engagement ring, the Full House baby is still un-happy. Friends are worried that the pathological desire to look as perfect as her possession on her wedding day may push the reportedly recovering anorexic to relapse back into her old eating habits.
With everything seemingly looking up for Mary-Kate Olsen and her high-society French fiancé Olivier Sarkozy, who in the world would feel sorry for them?
The diamond ring alone practically needs a horse and carriage to carry it down the aisle to according to Life & Style Magazine:
"No cookie-cutter princess cut for Mary-Kate! Fiancé Olivier popped the question with a vintage 1953 Cartier ring featuring a 4-cart European-cut diamond.
"The groom-to be paid $81,250 for the sparkler at a Sotheby's auction."
According to Trulia.com real estate expert Cristin Zweig the new $13.5 million dollar mansion they just bought in Manhattan isn't too shabby either (via Life & Style):
"It has a garden room with a private terrace, its own garage, a parlor, a library and a full-floor master bedroom with a swimming pool.
"It's unlike anything else in the city, making it the perfect buy for this unconventional pair!"
All this money isn't bringing Mary-Kate any real peace of mind though, say some insiders.
People are starting to whisper that all the wedding pressure is starting to take its toll on Olsen and if it continues to go unchecked, it might even cause the 27-year-old virtually retired actress to worry herself into an anorexic relapse.
An insider told OK! Magazine that Mary-Kate's family and friends are already on the lookout for any sudden warning signs that she is starting to slip:
"She's kept it under control for so long...The last thing anyone wants is for her past demons to come back and haunt her during the happiest time of her life."
You would think Olivier could just pay someone to stuff her full of grain three-times a day like they do those ducks for foie gras over there.
