The very first gameplay trailer for the next gen Batman: Arkham Knight has been released. Batman is facing a series of super powered villains in the new game, including The Scarecrow and brand new original villain. Good thingThe Dark Knight has a few tricks up his sleeve to help him “Even The Odds,” including a brand new Batsuit and drive-able Batmobile. Check the trailer below to see what all game in action.
Rocksteady co-founder and Batman: Arkham Knight director Sefton Hill recently sat down with Game Informer, about the games originial villian:
“We hadn’t in the previous games introduced someone new to the universe. We wanted to introduce someone who could really challenge Batman to go head to head with him in lots of different ways. We’re not talking about those ways just yet but this guy is definitely a formidable foe for Batman.”
However, Batman will be getting an upgrade in the game, as Hill told reporters:
“When we made the enemies more powerful, we made Batman more powerful as well in order to take on this increased threat,”will still have that lovely vulnerability of Batman. If you stand up in front of guys with guns you’re going to get shot to pieces. So that lovely balance between the power of Batman, but also the vulnerability, is definitely very much still there.”
