Sam & Cat star Jennette McCurdy has been spending an awful lot with her best friend Colton Tran. The two have been best friends since before her breakup with her ex-boyfriend Andre Drummond. Tran and McCurdy recently opened up about their relationship and addressed dating rumors.
Jennette and Colton recently sat down with Teen Vogue, where the pair revealed that they are not dating, but they do spend a lot of time together. McCurdy went on to add that Tran is better at relationships than her:
"Colton's great with relationships and I'm not, so I need help either getting into one or out of one."
Coulton has been by Jeanette's side for some time as her Instagram tells. Tran was even there for her while her mother sick last year.
Around the same time Jennette McCurdy was dating Detroit Pistons player Andre Drummond. The couples short lived romance didn't end to well as McCurdy explained on “You Made It Weird” with Pete Holmes.
“I just sort of went for [the first kiss], but it wasn’t great. It just didn’t go great. No sparks, and the mouths didn’t … the shapes weren’t right.”
Drummond quickly defended himself, telling TMZ:
"I found [Jennette's comments] funny. There's a lot of false info in there, but I'll be the mature person about the situation and let it die out."
Shortly after Jennette’s kissing confusion, semi-nude pics of the actress was released. Jennette responded to leak on Twitter, writing:
“To anyone disappointed: I sent those pics to 1 person. You can connect the dots. Shocked someone would stoop so low. I just speak w/ candor.”
Drummond fired back with at the actress, Tweeting:
“For all the speculations about leaking anything, I have nothing to do with it. I'm focused on basketball. Thank you”
