Looks like Nicole Kidman won't be getting a divorce in 2014 after all. After weeks of rumors claiming that Kidman is having a suicidal meltdown over her allegedly cheating husband and failing acting career, Nicole put those claims to rest by talking about love in an interview.
Despite rumors that she and her husband are calling it quits, Nicole claimed that her love for her husband is the most important thing, as Mail Online reports:
"Unlike Grace Kelly, Nicole Kidman has never had to choose between love and career. If she did, the Australian star - who married country music singer Keith Urban in 2006 - would have no qualms going down the same path as the actress-turned-royal she portrays in Grace of Monaco. 'I would (choose love), absolutely. I wouldn't even think twice about it,' she said in Cannes on Wednesday, where Grace of Monaco opened this year's annual Film Festival."
Of course, not every media outlet agrees. In addition to rumors that Kidman is getting a divorce, she's also rumored to be going through a mental breakdown, as Celeb Dirty Laundry reveals:
"Nicole is absolutely melting down because her career isn't the only thing that is a mess. Her 7 year marriage to Keith Urban is also in shambles. While her career is at risk, Keith is spending several days a week in the states for his judging gig on American Idol. Even though he flies home to Australia as quickly as possible to rejoin the family, Nicole feels like a single mother and is starting to totally resent it. Things have gotten so bad that Nicole is rumored to be suicidal over the state of her life."
This isn't the first report we've seen that indicates Nicole and Keith are having problems. In fact, the rumors first got started when one source told Star that Nicole has had enough of Keith's thoughtless actions:
"Nicole is fuming, because she thought they were going to spend pretty much the rest of the year together, at their homes in Sydney and Nashville. It's not easy for her to clear her schedule, since she works so much, but she did it. That's why she's furious Keith has decided to go touring again. She told him it shows how he feels about their marriage. She's devastated."
