After Floyd Mayweather Abortion Scandal, $500K Jewelry Run

After Floyd Mayweather's incredibly misogynistic and abusive stunt in early May, wherein he displayed proof of his ex-fiancee's abortion for all the world to see, the non-stop trash-talking Bieber-loving Anti-Bullying (????!!!!!!!!!) light heavyweight champ took to a jewelry run over two days in New York, reportedly dropping at least $500K. Between the abortion scandal and all the money he's dropping, do you think Mayweather is crying for help?

The champ has been spending much money lately. After allegedly buying back Miss Jackson's purse in yet another juvenile move to humiliate her, he has most recently been spotted on a shopping spree for high-end jewelry in New York (via TMZ):

"Floyd Mayweather Jr. was on the hunt for diamonds this week ... hittin' 3 different NYC jewelry stores in 2 days ... and dropping more than $500k at one of the shops ... TMZ Sports has learned. It all started on Tuesday ... when Floyd stopped by Rafaello & Co to check out some of the merch. We're told Floyd fell in love with some of the items but wanted time to figure out what he wanted to buy...The next day, Floyd was in the mood to SPEND -- going BACK to Rafaello, where he bought one ring, multiple watches and a pimped out bracelet. We're told he dropped around $500k."

Maybe Mayweather is going through a mid-life crisis. The difference between Floyd and the investment banker who buys a Porsche is that Floyd Mayweather could buy the dealership. As much money as he can spend on a jewelry run and still talk about buying the LA Clippers (which will never happen, by the way, thanks to his incredibly negative image); this guy has serious money. But what does Mayweather need most of all, and that money can't buy? Love and respect.

What do you think? Does Floyd Mayweather hurt others because he doesn't know how to express his true feelings? Does he just need a hug?
