J.J. Abrams ‘Revolution’ New Episode Spoilers & Renewal Rumors after ‘Almost Human’ Cancellation

There is an all new episode of Revolution tonight on NBC, however, there might not be might be many more. The show has not yet been renewed for a third season leaving many to assume that the show might share the same fate as J.J. Abrams other series, Almost Human. Almost Human was recently canceled. However, die-hards fans have banded together to save the series.

The official plot preview for tonight’s all new episode, titled “Tomorrowland, reads:

“Miles and Monroe face mustard gas from Truman, so they prepare to fight at the same brutal level, much to Rachel's chagrin. Meanwhile, Aaron fears the strength of the nanotech; and Neville deals with his own challenge from the Patriots.”

J.J Abrams may have won the lottery when he landed his gig as director of Star Wars Episode 7 but the geek hero has not had as much success on TV lately. Abrams show Almost Human was recently canceled by Fox.

“Recently it was announced that FOX would be cancelling TV series, Almost Human, after only one short season. We (the petitioners) are asking for your network to help us save the series from certain demise by taking it over. Almost Human has already gained hordes of loyal fans around the world that are currently fighting to save a series they can easily relate and find joy in. The series has much potential and needs individuals to believe and share that passion. We are asking that you see the potential for this series, and allow it to become something great with the network.”
