Jennnifer Lopez denies allegations that she got a maid fired while touring in Germany. The actress and R&B singer came out to say that she did not get anyone fired over an autograph.
The Bronx native was staying at a hotel in at the Melia Duesseldorf in Germany while she was taking part on her "Love," tour which will ultimately see the songstress in Finland, Turkey, China, Australia and Puerto Rico.
While at the German hotel it is said that a maid by the name of Pray Dodaj who approached Lopez for an autograph where she was said to be turned away.
Dodaj who is said to be a huge fan of the New York star according to Huffington Post a day later talked to her hiring company and said she was fired over the incident.
"They said that Ms. Lopez complained. I was fired right on the phone! Because an autograph!" This according to German publication Bild.
Lopez wrote via Twitter page. "C'mon thought you knew me better than this.. Would never get anyone fired over an autograph. 1st I heard of this was on twitter. #hurtful."
Speaking to TMZ a rep for the singer followed with "Jennifer always goes out of her way to meet and greet fans as evidenced by her recent tweet 2 meet engagements backstage, as well as stopping to sign autographs and say hello to hotel staff."
Pray Dodaj's company said that no one was fired according to E! News, and that "she (Dodaj) has acted contrary to the contractual arrangements and disturbed the privacy of our guests."
