Tori Spelling, who admitted she is broke, may be seeking a divorce after all. The emotional actress was seen looking anorexic after being released from the hospital, following revelations that husband Dean McDermott admitted to cheating on the reality star. You can check out a photo of the too-thin Tori, below.
It would appear that her marital woes have finally taken a toll on Tori Spellling. In case you missed the pics of Tori, Us Weekly provides a description of the grief-stricken (though smiling?) Spelling:
"Tori Spelling is back at it. [Tori] was photographed grabbing lunch with friends...her appearance comes just three days after being discharged from a brief stint in the hospital...Spelling was all smiles as she showed off her skinny frame...As previously reported, Spelling, 40, was hospitalized late last month amid her marriage woes. 'She's very stressed right now,' a source told Us."
At least Tori has some good news to report. Radar Online has reported that Tori Spelling has settled with multiple producers, to prevent a court trial from taking place in a $60 million dollar lawsuit:
"Spelling was sued last summer by three producers who claimed that her production company and others had stolen the idea for her Oxygen reality show. After months of back and forth, the case was slated to go to trial on June 2, 2014. But Spelling and her co-defendants filed paperwork to dismiss the lawsuit in light of a settlement on January 21. The terms of the settlement were not made public, according to court documents obtained by Radar."
That's great news for Tori, who has made no secret to her dwindling finances. In fact, one source tells the same publication that Tori would divorce Dean if she wasn't so poor and had to beg her mom for money:
"Even with her new TV series, Tori is scared she won't make enough money to take care of the kids alone...With very little income coming in from Dean-especially now that he's in an expensive rehab-Tori is really struggling. She's so desperate for money that she's begging Candy [her mom] to help her out."
