Former Grey's Anatomy star and Hollywood Twitter pariah Katherine Heigl, who apparently needs every dime and dollar she can get, is suing a drug store, Duane Reade, for stealing her tweet and using it to sell drugs, among other things. Rumor has it that Heigl may be even harder up for cash once she's fired from NBC upcoming State of Affairs for his ridiculous diva behaviors and her obnoxious doggie companions.
Katherine Heigl is used to being hated by everyone in show business, but now her Chihuahuas are having to make the adjustment.
And insider on the set of NBC upcoming network movie State of Affairs told OK! Magazine that Kathy's dogs were killing the crew:
"They interfere and delay production by barking and crying for her...When someone suggests they go to her trailer, Katherine says she won't film without them nearby.
"She demands they're fed multiple times a day and goes off on an assistant it they forget."
And Katherine isn't just pissing off the crew, she's offending the cast too.
An on-set source told ShowBiz Spy that Katherine absolutely acted ridiculous by refusing to kiss her co-star after he'd sneezed:
"I'm not kissing him, he has a cold!..You'll have to get someone else because I refuse to kiss anyone who's sick.
"I can't tell you how many times I've gotten sick because someone else was so inconsiderate!"
Perhaps that's the reason Kathy is reportedly gunning for $6 million from drug store Duane Reade for using her tweeted photo to promote their business.
According to CNN Heigl's suit contends that the pharmacy was acting malicious as hell by using her likeness to sell their serums and sodas:
"Use of Plaintiffs image under these circumstances improperly exploited Plaintiffs name and likeness, as a celebrity, for Defendant's commercial advertising and purposes of trade, without authorization.
"Such use was done knowingly and willfully, as evidenced by Defendant's manipulation of and changes to the Duane Reade advertising messages in the captions, after Defendant had intentionally stripped out all evidence of the original news context to the Heigl Photograph."
Guess Katherine will have to get her mood stabilizing meds-or whatever she take to curb her severe anti-social like behaviors-from Kerr or CVS...If they allow people like that to shop there,
