SPOILER ALERT: The new hit CW series, The 100 is all new tonight. The show has not yet been renewed or canceled but things are looking good for the freshmen series. The show stars Taylor Lautner's girlfriend Marie Avgeropoulos. Check out the preview of tonight’s new episode below.
The official plot synopsis for tonight’s all new episode, titled "Contents Under Pressure," reads:
“Clarke and Raven make contact with the Ark. Meanwhile, Kane wrestles with guilt over a recent decision.”
The show’s decent ratings and positive reviews make it a likely candidate for renewal. The network already has a plethora of renewed series. Earlier in the year CW president Mark Pedowitz announced the first round of renewals in a press statement:
"This season we've had great success with our new hit series The Originals paired with Supernatural, giving us our best Tuesday nights in years. The Vampire Diaries is number two in its time period in the young adult demos, and with Arrow continuing to gain among young men, and Reign growing its time period, we now have strong nights on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday. I'm very pleased to announce early pickups for all five series, and let our fans know they'll have more great drama to look forward to next season."
However, there are a few CW shows that are unlikely to be renewed, mainly, Star Crossed, Beauty and The Beast and The Tomorrow People. The show’s are all on the bubble but all predictions suggest that they will not be picked up.
